Woolf McClane Establishes Lou Woolf Scholarship at UT College of Law

KNOXVILLE, TN — On September 12, 2012, the UT College of Law gathered with members of the Woolf McClane law firm to celebrate the new Lou Woolf Scholarship at the University of Tennessee College of Law. This scholarship honors Louis C. Woolf’s retirement in 2012.

Mr. Woolf is a 1960 graduate of the College of Law and practiced law for more than fifty years in Knoxville. He is a founding member of the firm. Jo Niedens, his longtime assistant, spearheaded efforts to endow the scholarship in his honor. The scholarship will be awarded for the first time in August 2013.
