Probate is the legal process of settling the estate of a deceased person; specifically, resolving all claims and distributing the decedent’s property.

The firm has expertise in tax planning for estate administration to minimize the burden of taxes on the estate and heirs and works with administrators in preparing and filing federal and state estate and inheritance tax returns and state and federal income tax returns.
