Woolf McClane congratulates M. Aaron Spencer on his recent Martindale-Hubble® BV Distinguished Peer Review Rating™ in the areas of bankruptcy and business law. Mr. Spencer is an associate at the firm whose primary areas of practice include commercial litigation and representation of creditors and litigants in the United States Bankruptcy Courts.

During law school, Mr. Spencer served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, he was a teaching fellow for the Research and Writing Department, and was a bankruptcy law research assistant to Associate Dean Theresa J. Pulley Radwan. Mr. Spencer also received the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal for Excellence in Bankruptcy Studies and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.

Mr. Spencer is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. He graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2006 with a B.A. in political science. He earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2009 and attained membership in Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
