The need to be able to access email, surf the internet, text message and make and receive calls anytime, anywhere in our 24/7 society has resulted in many employers allowing employees to bring their own device to work. Mr. Hatmaker’s article discusses the primary legal risks associated with going BYOD, how to minimize those risks, and whether policies should be adopted.
