Darsi Sirknen Receives Joe Henry Award

The Tennessee Bar Association presented Darsi Sirknen with the Joe Henry Award for her article, Tennessee's Investment Services Act: A Monumental Change in Tennessee Trust Law, which was published in the September, 2007 Tennessee Bar Journal (To read the article online, click here and then click the first article under Feature Stories).

This new law in Tennessee created self-settled asset protection trusts which are considered cutting edge in estate planning and are recognized in only a few states.
